Benefits to Hiring a Virtual Assistant
VAs can handle administrative, operations, and marketing tasks, freeing you to focus your time on strategic and high-level responsibilities that drive your business forward.
Virtual assistants typically work on an hourly or project basis, so you only pay for the specific time or tasks you need, avoiding the overhead of a permanent employee.
In addition to general administrative tasks, you can find VAs who specialize in various areas, such as social media management, graphic design, content writing, and customer service. This specialized knowledge and expertise can elevate your brand, enhance your marketing efforts, and improve your overall efficiency.
Delegating tasks to a VA reduces your workload and eliminates potential bottlenecks. VAs often bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, leading to improved processes and increased efficiency. With your time freed up, you can focus on high-value activities that require your expertise, boosting your productivity and overall success.
VAs provide flexible working arrangements, allowing you to adjust their workload based on your evolving needs. You can easily scale their services up or down, ensuring that you have the right support at the right time.
Frequently Asked
I worked in various administrative and accounting jobs out of school before becoming a paralegal in a specialized field, where I worked with the same attorney for 25 years at different law firms (he kept dragging me with him as he moved onward and upward!).
When he had to retire in 2016, I pivoted to a new career as a virtual assistant and digital content creator.
While I offer general administrative, operational, and marketing services for all niches, I specialize in helping women course creators and ecommerce businesses, especially with organizing and managing program launches and related customer support. I also assist with social media, and have been kind of a troubleshooter for projects, keeping them running smoothly.
I generally charge a monthly retainer based on a package of choose-your-own tasks. That way neither of us has to get bogged down in time-tracking. The package is extremely flexible, and can be tailored to fit your specific needs; what’s shown above are general examples of what a package might look like.
Clients are required to pay for their chosen package upfront before any work begins. Any partial first month will be invoiced on a pro rata basis, and then you’ll receive a monthly invoice for continued services.
Retainer packages secure your set number of tasks each month, reserved exclusively for your business needs. Unused tasks are forfeited and do not roll over into the following month.
The monthly fee guarantees my availability for your projects, even during lighter workloads.
If your needs change and you’re constantly not using all the tasks for your package, we can reassess your package to ensure it fits your needs while maintaining the quality of service you expect.
You can choose to discontinue my services at any time. However, please note that there are no refunds for retainers or services already purchased.
Nope, it’s just me. I haven’t been able to train my cats to do the work π so it all gets done by me.
I generally work with no more than 6 clients at any time, keeping it manageable so you get my full attention and effort.
I’m generally available to provide services during normal business hours, MondayβFriday, 9AMβ5PM EST, excluding national holidays. I’ll notify you in advance of any planned vacation time.
I can occasionally accommodate later hours for support for Q&A calls, workshops, and similar tasks on an as-needed basis with reasonable advance notice.
